Terms of Service

Terms for using the public Instagram media downloader.

Last updated: 2026-11-07

Acceptance

By using this downloader, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service provided

The site retrieves publicly accessible Instagram account metadata through TikHub and displays available posts, Reels, and carousel children. You may download individual media or create a bounded ZIP from selected items already loaded on the page.

The core downloader is anonymous and does not require payment or a subscription. Each anonymous visitor identity receives a fixed 40 credits shared by media display and downloads. A successful new batch of up to 18 grid positions costs 1 credit; each actual downloaded media file costs 1 credit, including every child in a carousel ZIP. The ZIP result report is not charged as a media file. Filtering, selecting, and previewing already loaded media do not use credits. Credits do not reset daily or when you refresh the page, and this version does not offer recharge or credit packs. Existing advertising links may open alongside these actions, but advertising results do not determine whether the requested operation succeeds.

It does not provide unlimited whole-account archiving, private-account access, permanent media storage, or a general-purpose URL proxy.

Your responsibilities

Only download content that you own or have permission to use. Public availability does not grant copyright or redistribution rights. You are responsible for complying with copyright, privacy, publicity, and other applicable rights, as well as Instagram's and TikHub's terms.

Do not attempt to bypass privacy, login, deletion, geographic, or other access controls. Do not submit another person's Instagram password, use the service for unauthorized scraping, evade rate limits, probe internal network addresses, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.

Limits and availability

Requests may be rate-limited to control abuse and upstream cost. Each ZIP is limited to 8 media files, 50 MiB per file, and 120 MiB in total, with concurrency and timeout limits. Limits may be tightened when necessary to protect the service, but failed or canceled transfers will not be represented as successful downloads.

A media or download operation reserves its credits before paid upstream work. An empty media batch or a failure or cancellation observed by the server before delivery releases that reservation. Once an operation has settled, a later network interruption or browser-side save failure does not automatically reverse the charge. You may retry the same operation with its original request and operation ID during the 15-minute idempotency window without a second charge for that settled operation. We do not promise that every local failure can be detected or refunded. If credits are insufficient, the entire operation is rejected before the paid upstream request. If credit storage is unavailable, the operation fails closed instead of being provided for free.

TikHub, Instagram, media delivery networks, and other third parties control their own availability and terms. We do not guarantee that an account, media item, upstream link, or download will remain available. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the service or comply with third-party requirements.

Intellectual property

The service's original interface and implementation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Instagram media remains subject to its owners' rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of that media to you or to us.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of any particular media. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or inability to use it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions about this deployment should be sent through the site operator's published support channel.
